Dr. Wallin earned his BS degree in Sociology from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. He went on to earn his Doctorate in Medical Dentistry (DMD) and his Periodontal certificate from University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Wallin was recognized by his staff and his peer residents for his passion of Periodontics and served as Chief Periodontal Resident during his last year in residency.
Always at the forefront of his field, Dr. Wallin has completed training certification in both the Pinhole® Surgical Technique and Wilkodontics (Periodontal Assisted Osteogenic Orthodontics).

On a Personal Note
Proud of his Arizona family roots, Dr. Wallin grew up in a large family of 8 kids. His father (Scott) is a retired dentist with 30+ years of practice in the state of Arizona, and Dr. Wallin has two brothers (and one brother-in-law) who are also dentists. Dr. Wallin has over 50 years of family experience practicing dentistry in Arizona.
Dr. Wallin attended high school at Mountain View High School in Mesa where he was an All-State athlete and Blue Chip Illustrated All-American. He was inducted into the Mesa (AZ) Athletic Hall of Fame in September 2005 for his accomplishments in high school. Dr. Wallin went on to play football for Arizona State University on a full-athletic scholarship where he was an Honors Candidate in the Pac 10 conference.
His free time is spent with his family and his daughter (Tye). Tye enjoys her weekly gymnastics practice and playing Minecraft. Dr. Wallin enjoys being outdoors, wakeboarding, shooting sporting clays, watching his Arizona State Sun Devils and spending time up north at his family’s cabin working on projects, and riding ATVs.
